Air Force School Rajokri
Air Force School, Rajokri, was inaugurated in 1979. During the 1980s, the school expanded to include classes up to Class VIII. It gained recognition from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 1987 and was subsequently converted into a Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) in 1989. However, the pre-primary classes remained under the administration of the Air Force School. In 09 May 2016, the school was relocated to its current premises.

Registration

The school has been formally registered with the Indian Air Force Educational and Cultural Society under Registration No. PPS/10/WAC, dated 07 October 2022.

Objective

The primary objective of Air Force School is to provide quality pre-primary education to the children of Air Force personnel. Subject to seat availability, admissions are also extended to the children of other defense employees and civilians.

Curriculum

The syllabus and textbooks prescribed by the Western Air Command (WAC) under reference WAC/1628/1/ED are followed to ensure high educational standards. Air Force School, Rajokri, continues to uphold its mission of nurturing young minds with a focus on holistic development, catering primarily to the educational needs of the Air Force community.
